Our Story Fueling Franchise Success

Deb Tandy, CEO and Franchise Consultant, is here to provide support, make connections, and ensure that you make a smart investment decision. Deb has professional experience in the healthcare field, 16 years in the automotive industry, and as a successful retail franchise owner for more than 12 years. While in the automotive industry, Deb earned an MBA and gained valuable business and leadership experience. After 9/11, Deb was laid off from her job in the auto industry which led her to re-evaluate her goals. She worked in a new position for about a year then decided that it was time to raise a family.

After taking time off to raise her children, Deb took the opportunity to become an entrepreneur and purchased a Learning Express Toys retail franchise.
